qiss the electronic qms
QISS is the electronic quality management system used to manage all relevant QMS functions. Such functions include Document Management, Equipment Management, Calibration, Training, Nonconformance Reporting, and Corrective/Preventive Actions. Just click on the logo... log into QISS and you have access to all the modules. There are some modules, such as NCR and CPAR that have been made easier with the creation of the Elevated Risk Report (ERR). This is a time saving tool that allows the user to enter, in real time, details of a nonconformance, potential nonconformance, or an opportunity for improvement with the information immediately sent to the Quality Manager for further processing.
ACE Project Project Managment Software
ACE Project is the organizations online project management software. It's a web-based application that easily organizes project tasks, identifies relevant milestones, stores/manages project documentation, tracks progress, and creates a collaborative environment for all interested personnel. ACE eliminates the need for random inefficient project management documents (such as spreadsheets and checklists) by having each project broken down into manageable tasks.
E.R.r Elevated Risk Report
The DEL Corporation Elevated Risk Report is a quick, convenient, and efficient way to initiate corrective measures, suggest opportunities for improvement, and to mitigate the negative effects of nonconformance occurrences. Information received through the E.R.R. will be used to initiate and process NCR's, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions in QISS. E.R.R.'s only require contact information and the details of the identified risk to start the process. Once the report has been submitted, the information will be entered into the appropriate QISS module by the Quality Manager or an appointed representative. Essentially, the information reported in an E.R.R. will be managed to closure in QISS.
SDS Access Safety Data Sheets Database
SDS Access by Demarco Solutions provides the organization instant access to SDS for hazardous materials used by the organization. Click on the graphic to the left, log-in , and search the DEL Corporation database for the SDS you may need. You may also search a global database for items not maintained by the organization but still require access.
