Some sample questions
The three questions below are generally the most asked. Feel free to ask me anything you'd like about the quality management system at DEL Corporation.
Why have QMS Training?
The quality management system has a lot of moving parts. Between document management and nonconformance processing, the subject matter can get overwhelming. Training puts all the pieces of the QMS in place, provides information that may be unclear in the QMS documents, and raises awareness in each employee's role within the quality management system.
Why is there a score for these tests?
ISO 9001:2015 requires that personnel that work within the context of the quality management system be competent. While job competency is a priority within the organization, competency regarding the quality management is essential for the success of the system. Personnel with a grade that meets the acceptance criteria for each test are considered competent in whatever requirements they just passed. Personnel that do not meet the required acceptance criteria are not considered competent and are required to take the course and the quiz again.
Why does everyone have to take them?
It is essential that personnel know how their position impacts the quality management system. Training highlights process functions and how personnel affect the quality management system.
